Darlina has always had a love of reading and enjoys helping others find the books they enjoy. She loves to discuss the many different authors and Darlina is always excited when a customer loves a new author she has recomended.
Darlina enjoys talking one on one with customers and getting to know them. She has made many new friends in the last few months and she looks forward to getting to know many more.
Owning a book store has been a dream of Darlina's for at least 15 years. Her saying was always next year all the while putting 200% into the job she had. Darlina's husband Greg set up appointments to look at rental spaces, picked her up from work and told her "Quit your job and open your store, if you keep saying next year you'll never do it." With Greg's help and encouragement Darlina jumped in with both feet and A DREAM CAME TRUE.

Sophie is a beautiful long haired cat, born June 18, 2008. She was given to the book store by Jason Haynes.
Sophie spends her days taking naps, eating, playing, and demanding attention from her minions.
Sophie is the star of the store, not only does her face grace the store gift cards, she helps customers choose the perfect book to enjoy. She is there to meet each customer as they visit the store.
Sophie has her own group of people who come to visit her, they bring her toys, treats, lots of attention, & love.
